To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The item should be unused and unwashed.
Original tags and packaging should be intact.
The request should be made within the mentioned time period.

We understand that sometimes sizing may not feel perfect. In case of a size concern, we’ll do our best to arrange an exchange depending on product availability.

Items Not Eligible for Return

To maintain hygiene and product quality standards, we may not be able to accept returns for:

Used, washed, or damaged items after delivery.
Items without original tags or packaging.

Refund Policy

In situations where a replacement is not possible, or if an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, a refund may be processed.

Refunds are usually completed within 7–10 working days.
The amount will be transferred through the original payment method or bank transfer.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue was from our side.
